About Us

Imperator Group is an ambitious and fast growing group of companies. The Group traces its origins back to the formation of M.A. Utilities in 2011. Imperator Group Limited was incorporated in May 2015 to become Group holding company, as shareholders put in place a structure to support acquisitive growth.

MAU and the wider Group have gone from strength to strength since incorporation, growing in terms of headcount and revenue each year.

Imperator Group has set out on a strategy of growth and diversification of revenue streams.  The core expertise of Imperator Group is in civil engineering, utilities, groundworks and pipeline services.  However, Imperator is also involved in, and keen to explore, other sectors where the right opportunity arises

What We Do

Imperator Group works with its circle of trusted advisors to identify and assess potential acquisition targets and investment opportunities.  While our primary focus for growth lies within our core business areas of civil engineering, utilities and groundworks, we have already expanded into other areas.

Since its incorporation, Imperator has made investments in two new start up companies, as well as a technology joint venture. It is in the final stages of completing its first acquisition.

As well as investment finance, we offer support and guidance in a number of key areas including administration and management, legal, HR, payroll and business development.
