As a clear illustration of this, Imperator Group has entered into a joint venture with the UKDV Group in connection with the development of the Ctrl Hub data verification and supply chain management web-based system.
MAU is actively using the Ctrl Hub system. MAU and its clients are able, at any time, to verify the identity of all operatives on site and whether they are trained, qualified and insured to be performing specific tasks or using particular items of plant. The system also ensures that all plant and machinery is registered and maintained properly.
Risk assessments and other forms are completed and submitted electronically on site. These are stored securely and can be instantly accessed as and when required. Drawings and policies are stored on tablets. Paperwork is minimised and so, therefore, is the risk of losing vital information.
